Oh the delightful things you can make on a clean grill! Here is one of our favorite recipes! S’mores Nachos made in 20 minutes on our backyard grill.
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
COOL TIME: 5 minutes
Milk Chocolate Chips
We used a foil pan for this and it turned out fine. A cast iron skillet, properly seasoned, might be even better.
Break up graham crackers and spread them at the bottom of your pan
Spread a layer of mini marshmallows on top of the grahams
Spread a layer of chocolate chips on top of the marshmallows
Repeat with another layer of the same ingredients
Finish with some more chocolate chips and a handful of the jet-puffed marshmallows.
Cover with foil and place inside pre-heated grill (about 300 degrees)
Turn off fire and let the heat bake the dessert
Be careful to not burn it, it can burn easily if not watched carefully
Remove foil after 7 minutes or so and let the top marshmallows brown
Let it cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
